During a Brine Storm, fish the Brine Pool at night with Fish Head. It slows your reeling by 80%, and the storm halves your Lure Speed while you fish there.
Spawn Mechanics
A Brine Storm can only start in Rain: fishing in the Brine Pool builds Disturbance until it reaches 5,000 risk, or you use a Brine Storm Totem. The Acidgrinder (+15) and the Brine-Infused Rod (+5) add Hunt Focus toward it. It lasts 5 minutes, and the next one cannot start for 7 minutes.
