Fisch Trade & Value Calculator

See what your catch sells for: pick the fish, its weight and mutation.

What did you catch?

Type the fish name and tap it. The weight starts at the average; change it to the weight in your inventory.

Fish #1

Values are an ordinary NPC sale, rounded up twice in whole C$ as the game does (Fisch Wiki, checked November 3, 2026); special merchant bonuses and player demand are not included. 1553 fish with verified price units. 33 ambiguous or missing Wiki entries are excluded from valuation. Fish prices and Shiny checked October 4, 2026; Sparkling October 10, 2026; mutation multipliers checked October 11, 2026.

Formula: (base value ÷ base weight) × actual weight × mutation × Shiny × Sparkling. Source: Fischipedia.

This fish value calculator shows what your catch sells for at an NPC merchant, from its weight, its mutation, and whether it is Shiny or Sparkling, rounded the way the game rounds. Every fish, mutation and rod in one list is on the Fisch values page.

Fish prices and weights checked against the Fisch Wiki on October 4, 2026 (Skycrest fish: October 8, 2026).

How Fisch sell values work

A Wiki base value is the whole-fish price at its base weight. Divide it by that weight to get C$ per kg, then multiply by the actual weight of your catch and any applicable multipliers.

NPC sell value = (base value ÷ base weight) × actual weight × mutation × Shiny × Sparkling

For example, a normal 67,000 kg Megalodon is 31,250 C$. Shiny and Sparkling each apply 1.85×. Special merchant bonuses are not included.

Why the sale is a little higher than price × weight

The merchant only pays whole C$, and the game rounds up twice: once after the weight, and once more after the mutation, Shiny and Sparkling. A fraction of a coin always becomes the next whole coin, never the one below.

  1. Weight step: a 5.8 kg Grey Carp at 15.71 C$ a kg comes to 91.1, which goes up to 92 C$.
  2. Multiplier step: if it is Shiny, 92 × 1.85 = 170.2, which goes up to 171 C$.

This is the example the Fisch Wiki uses to show the rounding, and the calculator above gives the same 171 C$. Because each step rounds up, a sale can be one coin more than the plain multiplication.

Ordinary average catch examples

These use the Wiki average weight, without a mutation, Shiny or Sparkling. They are NPC values, not player trading offers.

Most valuable fish to sell in Fisch

The ten catchable fish that sell for the most at an average weight, with no mutation. Event fish that can no longer be caught are left out. A heavier catch or a mutation raises the price; put your own catch in the calculator above.

Mutations that raise the value most

A mutation multiplies the whole sale. These are the highest regular (non-event) multipliers; the last column shows what an average Megalodon (C$ 27,285) would sell for with each one. The full list is in the Fisch mutations guide.

Common questions

How is fish value calculated in Fisch?

Take the fish's price per kg (its wiki base value divided by its base weight) and multiply by the weight you caught; the game rounds that up to a whole C$. Then it multiplies by the mutation and by 1.85 for Shiny and again for Sparkling, and rounds up once more. Weight counts in a straight line, so a fish twice as heavy sells for twice as much.

Do Big and Giant fish sell for more?

Only because they weigh more. Big, Giant, Small and Tiny are size labels with no multiplier of their own. Big means heavier than the fish's base weight and Giant means more than 1.99 times it, so the extra C$ is already in the weight you type into the calculator.

What is the most valuable fish in Fisch?

Among fish you can still catch, the Olympian Devil sells for the most at an average weight: about C$ 77,500 with no mutation, ahead of the Ancient Goldwraith (C$ 63,250) and the Photic Terrosunder (C$ 57,500). A big mutation on a cheaper fish can beat that.

Which mutation is worth the most?

Of the regular (non-event) mutations, Aether has the highest multiplier (15x), then Ascended (12x) and Hades' Curse (11.1x). Limited event mutations are not counted, since they can only be rolled during their event.

Does this tell me whether a player trade is fair?

It estimates the NPC sell value. Player trades also depend on availability, demand, event exclusivity and collector preferences. A matching C$ total is not proof of a fair trade.

Why is my fish missing?

Only fish with verified base-value and base-weight units are selectable. Nine legacy entries have missing or ambiguous Wiki records and are excluded until they can be matched confidently.

Do Shiny and Sparkling stack with a mutation?

Yes. A fish carries only one mutation; if it qualifies for several, the one with the higher multiplier wins. Shiny and Sparkling are attributes, not mutations: each multiplies the value by 1.85×, and they stack with each other and with the mutation. A Shiny, Sparkling Tryhard fish sells for about 34.2× its plain value.

Why can Putrid show a negative value?

Putrid applies a −0.5× multiplier. Selling such a fish costs C$, so the calculator keeps the negative amount.

Why does Surreal show a range?

Surreal's multiplier is random (0–8x) and is re-rolled each time you join a server, so the calculator shows the lowest and highest possible sale instead of one number.
