Fisch XP Calculator
How much XP your next levels take, and how many catches that is.
Fish XP only. Quests, bestiary pages, chests and the Personal Aquarium also give XP, so the real count is lower.
Level formula and boosts checked against the Fisch Wiki on October 26, 2026.
This Fisch XP calculator uses the game's own level formula, the XP each fish gives and the XP boosts that stack with it, so you can plan a level goal before you start grinding.
How XP per level works in Fisch
Each level costs more than the last. Going from level L to L + 1 costs 190 × L XP, so level 10 to 11 is 1,900 XP and level 500 to 501 is 95,000 XP. From level 1000 the cost doubles once every 500 levels: reaching levels 1001 to 1500 costs twice the formula, and 1501 to 2000 four times. Level 2000 is the cap.
Total XP for each milestone
Total XP from level 1, the same numbers the XP calculator adds up. Level 30 is when Merlin starts selling relics.
| Level | Total XP from level 1 | XP for the last level |
|---|---|---|
| 30 | 82,650 | 5,510 |
| 100 | 940,500 | 18,810 |
| 250 | 5,913,750 | 47,310 |
| 500 | 23,702,500 | 94,810 |
| 750 | 53,366,250 | 142,310 |
| 1000 | 94,905,000 | 189,810 |
| 1500 | 332,310,000 | 569,620 |
| 2000 | 997,120,000 | 1,519,240 |
XP boosts and how they stack
Boosts multiply each other: the Clever enchant (2.25×) on a Double XP weekend (2×) gives 4.5×. The enchants are in the enchantments guide; Clever is the strongest for XP.
| Boost | XP |
|---|---|
| Wise enchant | 1.2× |
| Insight enchant | 1.5× |
| Clever enchant | 2.25× |
| Castbound | 1.15× |
| Rod Of Time | 1.25× |
| No-Life Rod | 1.25× |
| Great Rod of Oscar | 1.35× |
| Double XP gamepass | 2× |
| Double XP weekend | 2× |
| Perfect Catch | 1.5× |
| Crab Cages | 0.5× |
| Admin events | up to 25× while they last |
Fishing is not the only XP: chests, quests and new places add to it. To pick where to fish while you level, the Location Ranker compares spots for your rod, and the money-making guide covers earning C$ at the same time.
Common questions
How do you use the Fisch XP calculator?
Enter your current level and the level you want, pick the fish you plan to catch, and tick the boosts you have. The XP calculator shows the XP between the two levels and how many catches of that fish it takes.
How much XP do you need to level up in Fisch?
Going from level L to the next level costs 190 × L XP. The cost doubles once every 500 levels from level 1000: reaching levels 1001 to 1500 costs twice as much, and 1501 to 2000 four times as much. For example, level 100 to 101 costs 19,000 XP.
How much XP is it to reach level 2000 in Fisch?
997,120,000 XP in total from level 1. Level 2000 is the cap: you keep earning XP after it, but no more levels.
What is the fastest way to get XP in Fisch?
Stack boosts, because they multiply. The Clever enchant gives 2.25×, the Double XP gamepass and Double XP weekends 2× each, and a Perfect Catch 1.5×. Some admin events give far more for a short time, up to 25×. With Clever, the Great Rod of Oscar, both Double XP boosts and Perfect Catches, each fish gives about 18.2× its base XP.
How much XP does a fish give in Fisch?
Each fish has its own XP value: a Cod gives 60 XP and a Megalodon 15,000, before boosts. Pick a fish in the calculator to see its XP and how many catches your level goal takes.
What else gives XP in Fisch?
Treasure Chests (1,500 to 2,000 XP), Angler quests, finding a new location (300 XP), finishing bestiary pages, NPC quests, getting a new rod, and the Personal Aquarium every hour.
