Truffle Worm (2 hours)
- Mythical: 4 fish
- Legendary: 9 fish
- Rare: 18 fish
The difference is huge. If you're farming Mythicals or specific rare fish, Truffle Worm is basically essential.
4 Ways to Get Truffle Worm
1Volcanic Geodes
Highest drop rate method. Fish in lava areas with Magma Rod to catch Volcanic Geodes - each has 20% chance to contain Truffle Worm.
Catch: You need a Magma Rod first. If you don't have one, use the methods below instead.
2Coral GeodesRECOMMENDED
This is my recommended method. Go to the shop in Desolate Pocket, buy Coral Geodes for 200 C$ each, and open them for a chance at Truffle Worm.
My results: 50 Coral Geodes cost 10,000 C$, got 7 Truffle Worms. That's about 1,430 C$ per Truffle Worm on average.
Pros: No special equipment needed, always available, batch opening saves time.
3Treasure Chests
If you happen to have Treasure Maps, check the chests for Truffle Worm. But don't grind chests specifically for this.
4Rare Bait Crates
1% is way too low to rely on. If you get one, consider it lucky, but don't farm for it this way.

- Don't waste Truffle Worm:Only use them when farming Mythical/Exotic fish. Regular bait is fine for casual fishing.
