Before the Ritual: What You Need Unlocked
- The nine rituals before it, in order: Hexing, Scary Relic, Haunted, Jack-o-Moon, Boglin, Dutchman's Blessing, Enhanced Boglin, Haunted Cemetery, Eldritch. Each ritual opens the next. To run one, pay Frankenstein 100 Treats; it lasts 1 minute 30 seconds and then has a 10 minute cooldown.
- Hex Stage V at Beatrix's Cauldron in the Caustic Hallow. You raise it by offering Witch's Ingredients from the Goblins' tasks; the cauldron table also ties each stage to how much of the FischFright 3 bestiary you have filled (80% for Stage V).
- All 5 Skeletal Hands awake. Each wakes with its own item: a Dark Art Skull, an Ethereal Rose, Davy's Rose (5,000 Treats at the Dutchman Merchant), a Fable Rose and Gourdemort's Rose.
Omniscient Ritual Items and Where to Get Them
The Jack-o-Lantern pedestals take these seven:
| Item | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Grim Jagged Bone | A Jagged Bone (a common catch in Frightful Pools) that rolls Grim, which the Grim pool gives at 5%. |
| Vile Jagged Bone | The same, with Vile from the Vile pool. |
| Doomed Jagged Bone | The same, with Doomed from the Doomed pool. |
| Eldritch Jagged Bone | The same, with Eldritch from the Eldritch pool. |
| Zombie Nessie | Only in the Haunted Cemetery, which the Haunted Cemetery Ritual opens for 10 minutes. The wiki lists it at night under the Jack-o-Moon, with Black Licorice as bait. |
| Plush Nessie | A rare Trick-or-Treating reward (0.4%), or the prize at 470 Hex Energy in Beatrix's Cauldron. |
| Dark Art Skull | A Witch's Ingredient from the Goblins' tasks. |
The Skeletal Hand pedestals take these five:
| Item | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Boglin Jagged Bone (not Shiny or Sparkling) | Needs the Boglin Branch, which gives Boglin at 25%. |
| Doomsekkar Jagged Bone | Needs the Doomsekkar Rod, which gives Doomsekkar at 10% plus 8% per pumpkin bomb. |
| Dutchman's Curse Jagged Bone | Needs the Dutchman's Rod, which gives Dutchman's Curse at 20%. |
| Omniscient Souls | The Dutchman Merchant, 10,000 Treats (stock of 1). |
| Omniscient Bone | The prize at 350 Hex Energy in Beatrix's Cauldron. |
The three mutated bones in the second table are why this rod comes last: get the Boglin Branch, the Doomsekkar Rod and the Dutchman's Rod first, then fish Jagged Bones with each until the mutation lands. Mutation multipliers are in the mutations guide.
A Sensible Order
- Do Goblin tasks and feed the cauldron all event long; the Eldritch Rod comes at 10 Hex Energy, the Omniscient Bone at 350 and the Plush Nessie at 470.
- Fish Frightful Pools whenever one opens: Jagged Bones, skulls and the four pool mutations all come from there, and the Doomsekkar Rod quest counts those catches too.
- Run the rituals in order as their requirements open up, saving Treats for the Dutchman's Grasp (25,000) and the Omniscient Souls (10,000).
- Once you own the Boglin Branch, Doomsekkar Rod and Dutchman's Rod, fish their mutated Jagged Bones, then run the Omniscient Ritual.
Omniscient Spinecaster Stats
Not confirmed yet: the Fisch Wiki has no page for the rod so far. We add its Luck, Lure Speed, Control and Resilience once it does.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you get the Omniscient Spinecaster in Fisch?
Complete the Omniscient Ritual during FischFright 3. First finish the nine rituals before it, up to the Eldritch Ritual, reach Hex Stage V at Beatrix's Cauldron and awaken all 5 Skeletal Hands. Then pay Frankenstein 100 Treats and fill the pedestals with the 12 items the ritual asks for.
Do you need the other event rods for the Omniscient Spinecaster?
In practice, yes. Three of the items are Jagged Bones with the Boglin, Doomsekkar and Dutchman's Curse mutations, and those mutations come from the Boglin Branch, the Doomsekkar Rod and the Dutchman's Rod.
How much does the Omniscient Spinecaster cost?
No price for the rod itself, but the Omniscient Souls cost 10,000 Treats at the Dutchman Merchant and the ritual costs 100 Treats. The Dutchman's Rod, which you need for one of the bones, takes a 25,000 Treat Dutchman's Grasp.
Where do you get a Zombie Nessie?
In the Haunted Cemetery, opened for 10 minutes by the Haunted Cemetery Ritual (the eighth ritual). The wiki lists it at night under the Jack-o-Moon, with Black Licorice as bait.
When can you get the Omniscient Spinecaster?
Only during FischFright 3, which ends on November 9, 2026 at 17:00 UTC. Event rods have become Limited after past events.
