What We Know So Far
- It is official. The Roblox event listing calls it "FischFright 3 – Limited Halloween Event" and says the yearly Halloween event is back for its third time, bigger than before.
- It is limited. In both past FischFrights, the event fish and most rewards could only be earned while the event ran. On the Fisch Wiki, every fish from those events is now listed as no longer obtainable.
- Not announced yet: new fish, a new area, event rods, mutations and a code. None of them are on the official pages. We will add them here once the event starts and the Fisch Wiki lists them.
What FischFright 2 Had (2025)
FischFright 2 ran from October 18 to November 3, 2025. This is how it worked, from the Fisch Wiki; FischFright 3 may change any of it.
- Crook's Hallow. A new event area, reached with the Frightful Mirror that every player received during the event. Most of the event NPCs, quests and fish were there.
- Witch's Ingredients. A Goblin appeared on the map every 5 minutes and offered a quest; finishing it earned Witch's Ingredients for the Witch's Cauldron. Rewards included the Spooky Rod at 10 ingredients, the three event relics at 15, 25 and 30, and boats at 55, 175 and 250.
- Candy. The event currency, from Trick-or-Treating, quests, ingredients and Frightful Crates. You spent it at the Flying Dutchman, a merchant who turned up at random around Crook's Hallow with three random items, among them the Dusekkar Rod (25,000 candy) and the Bat Whisperer Rod (10,000).
- Trick-or-Treating. With the Candy Bucket you could knock on each house in Crook's Hallow once every 8 minutes. 55% of knocks were treats (66% with the Scylla Mask): 20 to 35 candy plus one item, usually a candy fish and rarely a Baby Nessie or a relic. The rest gave candy only.
- Frightful Pools. Five colors of pool, one spawning every 45 minutes for 10 minutes near Moosewood, Terrapin Island, the Ocean, Harvesters Spike or the Statue of Sovereignty. Each color could drop its own Frightful Skull, at 0.58% to 1% per catch, and luck did not raise that.
- Nessie's Catacomb. At night, holding a Baby Nessie at the Nessie gravestone in the Graveyard opened the stairs down. With all five skulls on the statues inside, the Skeletal Nessie's pool opened for the whole server for 15 minutes.
- Code. FischFright2025 gave a bobber, a lantern and 2,025 C$, and only worked during the event.
What FischFright 1 Had (2024)
- The Witch at Moosewood. Every 15 minutes, three ingredients appeared together in one spot on the surface of Moosewood, Roslit Bay, Snowcap, Sunstone, Terrapin or Mushgrove. Returning them to her cauldron gave bobbers and titles, three Enchant Relics at the fourth, the Haunted Rod at the fifth and the Flying Dutchman boat at the sixth.
- Frightful Pools. They had a 50% chance to appear in the Ocean every 40 minutes and lasted 13 minutes. They were the only reliable place to catch the six event fish, Nessie included.
- Code. FischFright2024 gave the Candy Corn bobber during the event.
Past FischFright Fish and What They Sold For
FischFright 2 had 24 fish, 3 relics and 2 crates in its bestiary; FischFright 1 had 6 fish. The best sellers of 2025 were the Mourning Manta Ray (C$ 10,650), the Skeletal Nessie (C$ 10,000) and the Kelpie (C$ 8,333) on average.

How to Get Ready
- Note the end date. Event fish and rewards have left with each past FischFright, so a bestiary, rod or boat you want has to be done by November 9.
- Use the code while it works. Both past codes stopped working when their event ended. We will add the FischFright 3 code here if one is announced.
- Price your catches. Event fish sell to the NPC like any other fish. The Trade & Value Calculator shows what a catch sells for at any weight and mutation.

None has been announced. Each past FischFright had one code that only worked while the event ran: FischFright2024 and FischFright2025. Both have expired.
Can you still get the FischFright mutations?
Yes, if you own the event rods. The Dusekkar Rod still rolls Nightmare (8.8×), the Jack-o-Blazer Jack's Curse (8.5×) and Wicked (7.7×), and the Haunted Rod from FischFright 1 Ghastly (3×) and Sinister (2.9×).
